FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS on how to cure your handcrafted 1 gal oak barrel (5 liter) and start sampling aged whiskey after just a few days. If desired, add a Swish Barrel Essence Flavoring (not included) and in two weeks, your one-of-a-kind liquor blend will be aged to perfection and ready to serve straight from the tap. Pour into a liquor decanter to stop the aging process.
